Трибуна Лисицкого

Проект представляет собой большую башню-мегафон (основанную на работе Эль Лисицкого «Ленинская трибуна»), в которой находятся избранные члены общества, готовые к свободе слова. Когда ты поднимаешься по лестнице, оторвав ноги от русской земли - у тебя появляется свобода слова. Посетителей подводит к памятнику охранник, который по истечении минуты попросить вас закончить речь, звучит горн, и следующий человек получает трибуну. Каждый выступающий должен подать заявку заранее, всего в день будет 1440 выступлений (одно в минуту). Речь проверяется до выступления на наличие неправомочных выражений. Башни-мегафоны располагаются вокруг города так, чтобы было слышно выступления от нескольких из них.

Они управляются группой приверженцев демократии, т.е. не государством. Они могут быть расположены в любом месте, но, в основном, находятся на частной территории.

Стальное покрытие окрашено в красный цвет в соответствии с русской традицией. Красный - также цвет, использовавшейся в плакатах периода авангарда и в работах супрематизма.

Lissitzky’s Tribune

The project takes its inspiration from the elevated and floating objects of Suprematism, particularly from the work of El Lissitzky such as his “Lenin Tribune”. It also took inspiration from the 1920’s/ 30s avant-garde posters, which spoke out about political statements and articles in the press at the time. This is the aspect where the project focuses on; the political talks, which are the avant-garde, the non-physical and non-tangible aspects of life, because news and speech is free and current.

The design is a large megaphone tower (based on El Lissitzky’s Lenin Tribune) occupied by allocated members of the public becoming a free speech talker. When you walk off Russian soil to the top of the steps, you have the freedom of speech. The users are guided onto the monument by a guard, who after 1 minute will ask you to finish the speech, a horn sounds and the next person is guided onto the monument. Each person would have applied beforehand and 1440 are seen on one day, (1 per minute). The speeches are checked beforehand for offensive wording. The megaphone towers are placed around the town or city, so that the words of the few are heard.

It is run by a dedicated group of democratic groups, therefore not run by the government. It can be placed on any site, but primarily to be situated on private land.

The steel plating is painted with a “Red” finish indicating its place within the Russian historical use of Red and to the colours seen in avant-garde posters and Suprematist works.
