Proun: World of El Lissitsky is a monument inspired in the same idea that inspired El Lissitzky through his entire life: Suprematism. Nature isn’t relevant, quite the opposite it doesn’t exist.

What I tried to accomplish with this monument is to create an experience based on “Virtuality.

SPECULAR MIRRORS PROJECTS SUNLIGHT (DAYLIGHT) TO THE ELLIPSOID
LAMPS UNDER SPECULAR MIRRORS ROJECT ARTIFICIAL LIGHT DURING THE NIGHT TO THE ELLIPSOID

Inside the monument the subject experience virtuality by looking up, there’s a reference geometric figure being more specific a pyramid that depending on where you’re standing the extrusion varies it will give the idea of an isometric view of cube sometimes it’ll give the idea of the surface of a square being abducted to infinity. Having a circular plan view helps to create an emotion of an infinite virtual world.
