Новосибирск — это важный город в России, однако у него мало достопримечательностей. Сможем ли мы использовать Эль Лисицкого, чтобы сделать Новосибирск одним из привлекательных городов?

Каковы самые известные факты о Новосибирске? Это третий город в России и основной транспортный узел — водные, железнодорожные и воздушные пути проходят через город. Русский авангард как художественное движение, а также развитие Новосибирска, глубоко связаны с технологическими инновациями того времени. Соответственно, представляется разумным создать проект, который объединит Эль Лисицкого, аэропорт Толмачёво и город. Аэропорт - это одна из основных точек доступа к Новосибирску, и первое впечатление должно оставаться в памяти.

После анализа ПРОУНа, мы спроектировали новую его интерпретацию на летном поле аэропорта. И сделали взлетную полосу важной частью ПРОУНшафта. Ландшафт включает разные миры, которые находятся в постоянном напряжении. Динамика аэропорта и тишина леса. Бесконечные просторы полей и ограниченный обзор взлётной полосы. Плоскости отсылают к работам Эль Лисицкого, но возможны и дальнейшие интерпретации.

Как сказал Малевич когда-то: «Каждая реальная форма — есть мир. И любая пластичная поверхность более жива, чем нарисованное карандашом или красками лицо с парой глаз и улыбкой.»

PROUNscape

Novosibirsk is an important city in Russia, however it doesn’t have many attractions. Can we use El Lissitzky to put Novosibirsk definitively on the map as an attractive city?

What are the most notable facts of Novosibirsk? It’s the third city in Russia and a major transport hub, water, rail and air are connected within the city. Russian Avant-Garde as an art movement as well as the development of Novosibirsk are deeply connected to the technological innovations of that era. As such it seems appropriate to create a project that brings El Lissitzky, the airport Tolmachevo and the city. The airport is one of the major access points to Novosibirsk, so the first impression has to be a lasting impression.

After an analysis of PROUN we projected a new interpretation of his work on the airfield. And made the airfield a crucial part in PROUNscape.

Based on an interpretation of the landscape and El Lissitzky’s works we propose a grand landscape design, which brings his works from a two-dimensional plane to a three-dimensional space. The landscape design incorporates different worlds that are on continuous tension with each other. The dynamics of an airport versus the serenity of a forest. The unlimited views of a look-out versus the distorted view of a framed strip of land. The planes refer directly to El Lissitzky’s works while they are in many ways open for further interpretation.

As Malevich once said: “Every real form is a world. And any plastic surface is more alive than a (drawn or painted) face from which stares a pair of eyes and a smile.
