Seemingly Endless, the visual experience and feeling in which you explore within this space

In response to the Russian avant-garde and Kazimir Malevich’s The Black Square this large volume breaks down your personal space along with your visual perception. Upon first approaching this monument is the sheer black exterior, which cuts into the surround landscape and winter environment towering over all that surrounds it.

You enter through the smoking opening; this instantly breaks down your personal space and impairs your vision. Your blinded to an element that is unnatural yet known, your surrounded yet free mixing your inhibitions with your senses. Upon fighting your way through the smoke you are blinded once again, but not through darkness but through light.

The pure White surrounds you again breaking down your personal space and impairing your vision but on a different scale and perspective. White is all there is, surrounding above, below, in front, behind, to your left and to your right. All there is to witness is those around experiencing the unknown yet common feeling of being in the light.

A never-ending whiteness.
